No. The app reads and writes the data with the builder's permission. Colleagues only sign in to AutoApps with their company account, and only see what the app shows them.
In your own system: today, your Google Sheet. AutoApps stores the app definitions, their versions and chat history, an activity log, and a short summary of each connected source (field names, types and a few sample values) used to design apps.
